Ms Han brings along more than 10 years of senior executive search experience in Greater China. Prior to cooperating with EPC’s search practice, Ms Han successfully established Wells & Associates, and she focused on middle to senior executive placements across Greater China mainly for international companies especially for growing companies.
She also had worked for many multinational executive search firms including Spencer Stuart, Ray Berndtson and Templar in Shanghai. She has accumulated broad search exposure and experience in Consumer Goods & Services, Industrial, Retail, Pharmaceutical, and Communication and Media segments.
Ms Han has a thorough understanding of the Greater China market. Her extensive network through her successful business relationships allows her to have a pulse on the human resource market and her knowledge of the China business market is a major asset to the firm.
A native Shanghainese, Ms Han was graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a degree in English. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese. She has a good understanding of Chinese mentality and business operation models. She knows where to locate and how to identify the appropriate candidates, and provide the best appropriate recruitment solutions for the clients.
