He focuses on executive search positions in FMCG, manufacturing, hi-tech, and real estates sectors in China. He also has his distinguish specialty in handling mainland Chinese clients for their transformation and internationalization.
Mark joined the executive search profession in 2003, after his HSBC corporate career providing customer services for Hong Kong and mainland clients. He has good exposure and understanding of the multinational management practice and talent requirements. Prior to EPC, he was the Guangzhou Branch Manager of one of the major Chinese executive search firm, and was responsible for the overall operation and profit and loss. He possesses in-depth market knowledge, accumulated search experience, end-to-end search skill-set, and management experience. He has established extensive client relationship and strong executive network in South China.
Born and raised in Guangzhou, Mark received his English studies with the Sun Yet-Sen University in South China. He is well-familiar with the South China market, and has strong understanding of the market trend and talent pool across China. He is well-versed with the National Labor Law, Compensation and Benefits, and Labor Disputes. He has proven track record in executive placements for multinational and mainland companies in China.
