Partner-in-Charge - ACES International Search Group & China

Mr. Alain Somia-Taulera is Partner-in-Charge of ACES International Search practice in France.

Mr. Somia has an MS in civil engineering from the world's oldest engineering school, the Ponts & Chaussess, and an MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD).

He has more than 30 years of international management experience with major multinationals in France, West Africa and Europe. Before entering consulting, Mr Somia founded highly successful ventures in rubber product development and computer software.

Since 1986, he has worked in executive search for two French firms. In 1989, he founded Somia Panthou Baccon & Partners, now ACES International Search.
