Ms. Vivian
Xu is Consultant – South China of
EPC Consulting.
A veteran search consultant and
employee benefits outsourcing specialist,
Ms Xu has been growing up with the
South China market, and developing
her skill-set with the market development
of South China.
Upon completion her Bachelor degree
in English Studies from Zhongshan
University in Guangzhou, Ms Xu first
joined FESCO, the semi-government
employee management and benefit outsourcing
organization for the first 3 years,
and then worked with EPC for more
than 4 years experience in staff
recruitment and executive search
practices.
Starting from project research,
Ms. Xu is proficient with search
methodology, candidate approach and
assessment, and is well-familiar
with the local talent pool and human
resources trend in South China. She
is specialized in FMCG, retail, trading
and buying industries, with functional
focus on HR, Finance and Technical
positions. She helps multinationals
in South China to locate and select
PRC local Chinese executives for
